When you contact us through the site or submit an inquiry for your organization, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, organization name, and whatever you tell us about what you need.
When you subscribe to our emails, we collect your email address.
Like most websites, we also collect basic technical information automatically — your device and browser type, and how you move through the site. Shopify provides this to us in aggregate so we can understand what's working.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
To take and fulfill your order, to contact you when it's ready for pickup, to answer your questions, to prepare quotes for group orders, and to send you emails if you've asked for them.
HOW WE SHARE IT
We do not sell your personal information.
We share it only with the services that make the business run: Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments; our payment processors; and email tools we use to reply to you or send updates you've subscribed to. For group and bulk orders, we may share order details with suppliers in order to produce your merchandise.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep order records for as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.
YOUR CHOICES
You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email we send. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we'll take care of it.
