All sales are final. Uptown Merch Solutions does not offer refunds or exchanges on any item.

This applies to everything we sell, both in the shop and through uptownmerch145.com.

Every order is picked up in person at 241 W 145th St, Harlem, New York. Please check your item before you leave the shop.

If something is wrong with your order, call 646-398-8178 or email orders@uptownmerch145.com and we'll talk it through with you.
