These terms apply when you use uptownmerch145.com or buy from Uptown Merch Solutions. By placing an order you agree to them.

ORDERS AND PRICING

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to keep product descriptions, prices, and stock levels accurate, but errors happen. If we find an error in the price or description of something you've ordered, we'll contact you before going ahead, and you can confirm or cancel.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including after it's been placed. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll be refunded in full.

PICKUP

We do not ship. Every order is collected in person at 241 W 145th St, Harlem, New York, during opening hours — Tuesday-Saturday, 11am-8pm.

We'll let you know when your order is ready. Please collect it promptly; we have limited space to hold finished orders.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. See our Return and refund policy.

GROUP AND BULK ORDERS

Quotes for group and organization orders are prepared individually and are not binding until both sides confirm the order in writing. Quantities, pricing, and timing depend on what you need and what our suppliers can provide. Nothing on this website constitutes a price quote for a bulk order.

ARTWORK YOU SUPPLY

If you give us a logo, design, or other artwork to reproduce, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that reproducing it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You agree to cover us for any claim that arises from artwork you supplied.

We may decline to print anything we judge to be unlawful, infringing, or offensive.

OUR CONTENT

The Uptown Merch Solutions name, logo, product photography, and site content belong to us. Please don't reuse them without asking.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
