Shipping policy

Uptown Merch Solutions does not ship. We have no delivery or postal option, and no shipping is offered at checkout.

Every order is picked up in person at our shop:

Uptown Merch Solutions, 241 W 145th St, New York, NY. Tuesday-Saturday, 11am-8pm.

We'll contact you when your order is ready to collect. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, though larger or more involved jobs can take longer — we'll tell you if yours will.

Please bring your order confirmation with you.

Group and organization orders are arranged directly with our team, including how and when you'll receive them. If you need a bulk order delivered, tell us when you inquire and we'll discuss the options with you.
